Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd. (TSXV: GLXY) (“Galaxy Digital” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the results of votes on matters considered at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) which took place on June 25, 2020 and other corporate updates.

All five members of the Company’s Board of Directors named as nominees in its management information circular were elected as directors: Michael Novogratz, Bill Koutsouras, Nereida Flannery, Theagenis Iliadis and Dominic Docherty. Former directors Jack Lee and Pierre Lagrange did not stand for re-election and their term as directors expired at the Meeting. Shareholders also approved the appointment of Davidson & Company LLP as the Company’s auditor. Christopher Ferraro has also been appointed a manager of Galaxy Digital Holdings GP LLC.

The Company also announces that on June 25, 2020 it granted an aggregate of 750,000 stock options to acquire ordinary shares of the Company (the “Options”) to directors of the Company and Galaxy Digital Holdings GP LLC pursuant to its amended and restated stock option plan and the director compensation program.  The Options have an exercise price of C$1.39 per ordinary share, are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant and vest in approximately one year.
