Globalive Technology to Cease Neighbor Billing Joint Venture and Announces Management Departures

Globalive Technology Inc. (TSX-V: LIVE) (the “Company”) today announced that it is ending its joint venture, Neighbor Billing Inc., following a thorough consideration of market conditions and strategic alternatives.
Separately, the Company also announced that Chief Technology Officer Bhavin Shah and Chief People Officer Sarah Redford have departed from the Company to pursue other opportunities.
“It’s been a privilege to have helped build and lead Globalive Technology,” said Mr. Shah.
“I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to help launch Globalive Technology and establish the company’s culture from the ground up,” added Ms. Redford.
“On behalf of the entire Globalive Technology team, I’d like to thank Bhavin and Sarah for their contributions,” said Anthony Lacavera, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. “Both demonstrated tremendous leadership and commitment to Globalive Technology, and we wish them well in their future endeavours.”
