Graph Blockchain Announces Grant of RSUs
Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – February 17, 2023) – Graph Blockchain Inc. (CSE: GBLC) (OTC Pink: REGRF) (FSE: RT50) (“GBLC” or “Graph Blockchain” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has approved the grant of an aggregate of 5,400,000 restricted share units (“RSUs“) under the Company’s omnibus incentive plan (the “Plan“) to employees, directors, and consultants of the Company. The RSUs will vest over a two (2) year period. The Plan was approved by the shareholders of the Company on June 17, 2022. The Common Shares underlying the RSUs are subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
