Sixty Six Capital Announces Settlement of Outstanding Tax Warranties with Northern Data
Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – October 27, 2022) – Sixty Six Capital Inc. (CSE: SIX) (“Sixty Six” or the “Company“) have agreed with Northern Data Inc. (“Northern Data“) on the final tax settlement regarding the Swedish VAT liabilities following the sale of the data centre in Boden, Sweden to Northern Data in March of 2021. The total amount is €1,921,669, of which €1,213,544 has been met by the release of funds held in escrow and the remainder to be paid by March 31, 2023. The Company has made an additional balance sheet adjustment to reflect the settlement and remaining liability.
